How does pay per view work?

Purchase the clip from my online store www.wickedavenue.com. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. The system requires you to enter a shipping address - although NOTHING WILL BE SENT TO YOU. The default shipping method will appear - disregard and continue to Billing Information. Once you have entered all required information and confirmed your order, the Order Confirmation page for your order will appear. You will see a Download button in the "Your Order" box on the right-hand side of the page. See example below. Click to download the .txt file which contains the link to the video. Once downloaded, open the file and copy/paste or type the link into your browser's address field and hit the enter key to go to the video.

How do I download the video?
PC users: It is recommended to save the video first and then watch it. To save a video on your hard drive simply make a right click on the link and do Save Target as (in Explorer) or Save link as in (in Netscape). There you choose where the video is saved on your hard drive. After you save the video it is yours forever and you can watch any time you want. Try to save free preview video to see if it works for you.
Mac users: Click and hold the mouse down over the download button on your confirmation page and the option key at the same time then drag it to the "save to disk" selection that pops up when you do this.

Will I receive the link in an email?
No. You need to click the Download button on the Order Confirmation page to get the link to the video. If you missed it, email support@wickedavenue.com and the link will be sent to you.

Where can I get a Free player to play the videos?

I can't download the video.
Read answer to question "How to download the video" and if it still doesn't work email support@wickedavenue.com. You may also try to reinstall your player, use a different player or switch browsers.

I use AOL browser. Can I still download the video?
I recommend Netsacpe or Internet Explorer but if AOL works for you that's fine. If it doesn't try another browser.

Can I use Real Player or Quicktime to download the video?
The videos marked as MPEG can be viewed on just about any player. The videos marked WMV may not play on some players. They are in Windows Media Player format.

If I purchase a video, what name will appear on my credit card?
